1.Login to Club Penguin and go to the Everyday Phoning Facility at the Ski Village
2.Waddle over to the phone and click on it,then throw a snowball at the target.
4.Go to the green square,and when the screen says go,waddle to the red square as fast as you can.
5.After that,hide behind the bottom right pillar when the screen says to hide
6.When that part is over,waddle over to the blue square.To escape you must throw a snowball at the panel on the bottom right pillar.
7.After that you have access to do missions, Field-Ops, and more EPF activities.The entrance you see below,is to the EPF Headquarters, or Command Room.
